Managing Variations

1. What Are Variations?

• Variations allow you to add multiple options for the same product, such as colors, sizes, brands, etc.
• Variations can be created from Products → Variations.

2. Adding a New Variation

Steps:
1️⃣ Navigate to Products → Variations.
2️⃣ Click Add New Variation.
3️⃣ Enter the Variation Name (e.g., Color, Size).
4️⃣ Enter the Variation Values (e.g., Red, Blue, Green for colors).
5️⃣ Click Save to add the variation to the system.

3. Examples of Variations

Example 1: A Jeans product may have the variation Color (Blue, Black, Gray).
Example 2: A Shirt product may have two variations:

• Size (S, M, L, XL)
• Brand (POLO, Nike, Adidas)

4. Adding Multiple Variations to a Product

When a product has more than one variation, they can be added as a combined variation.

Example:

• A Book product may have the following variations:
• Size – Number of Pages
• Values: Large – 30 pages, Large – 120 pages, Small – 30 pages, Small – 120 pages.

5. Important Notes

⚠ Variations that are already used in products cannot be deleted.

Tip: Use variations to make product management more efficient and reduce duplicate data entry.
