⬜ Customer Groups Management in AurPOS

in AurPOS customer Groups allow you to categorize your customers based on their relationship with your business.
This helps in setting tailored pricing strategies, targeted marketing, and better customer management.

1️⃣ What Are Customer Groups?

Customer Groups represent segments of your customer base.
Examples include:

○ ✅ Retail Customers
○ ✅ Wholesale Customers
○ ✅ Friends & Family
○ ✅ Business Colleagues
○ ✅ Any other category that fits your business needs

2️⃣ How to Add a Customer Group

To create a new group:

○ Go to Contacts → Customer Groups
○ Click on the Add button
○ A popup window will appear asking you to fill in:

• Group Name

• Calculation Percentage (Used to apply a pricing formula for this group)

○ Click Save to finalize the creation of the group

3️⃣ Viewing Customer Group Reports

You can analyze sales performance per customer group using the Customer Group Report.
