To start using warranties for your products:
Steps:
1️⃣ Go to Settings → Business Settings → Products
2️⃣ Enable the option "Enable Warranty"
2. Adding Warranty Types
You can define various types of warranties based on your business model.
Steps:
1️⃣ Navigate to Products → Warranty
2️⃣ Click on Add Warranty Type
3️⃣ Define warranty duration, terms, and name
3. Assigning Warranty to Products
Steps:
1️⃣ Go to Add/Edit Product
2️⃣ Locate the Warranty field
3️⃣ Select the applicable warranty type from the list
4. Selling Products with Warranty
· When a product with an assigned warranty is sold, the transaction date is automatically used as the start date of the warranty.
· You can also display warranty details on printed receipts.
