Shipments & Delivery in AurPOS

AurPOS provides built-in tools to manage shipment and delivery operations linked to sales, enabling you to track shipping details, assign delivery personnel, and print delivery notes easily and accurately.


Adding Shipping Details to a Customer

When creating a new customer:

➤ Go to Customers → Add Customer

➤ Enter the customer's primary address

➤ In the Shipping Address section, enter the delivery address if it's different

➤ Click Save

✳️ Note: Defining the shipping address in advance helps speed up the sales process later.


Editing the Shipping Address from the Invoice

If you need to update shipping details during or after a sale:

➤ Go to Sales → All Sales

➤ Search for the required invoice

➤ Click on Actions → Edit Shipping

➤ Enter or modify the following information:

  • Shipping address and details

  • Delivery status

  • Select the Delivery Person from the dropdown

  • Any Shipping Notes (if applicable)

➤ Click Update

✔ The changes will be saved and linked to the invoice.


Adding & Printing the Delivery Note

To create and print a Delivery Note for an invoice:

Step 1: Make sure all shipping details are filled in during the sale

Step 2: Go to All Sales and find the invoice

Step 3: Click on Actions → Delivery Note

➤ The delivery note will open immediately, ready for printing

✔ You can print or download the note to send with the customer's order

Linking shipping details to invoices and tracking delivery operations increases delivery accuracy, improves customer satisfaction, and helps you organize logistics and inventory more efficiently.
