The Marketing Campaigns Mangement in AurPOS helps you track customer interactions, convert leads into actual clients, execute effective marketing campaigns, and analyze their performance — all of which support business growth and enhance the customer experience.
This guide walks you through the main tabs of the module, explaining how to use each one and the practical benefits they offer.

✅ 1. Follow-ups

Types of Follow-ups:

  • One-time Follow-up: Suitable for single interactions with customers or suppliers.

  • Recurring Follow-up: Allows scheduling automatic recurring follow-ups.

  • Invoice-based Follow-up: For pending, partial, or overdue transactions.

Follow-up Dashboard:

The module's home page provides insights into the status of your follow-ups:

  • Scheduled Follow-ups

  • Open Follow-ups

  • Canceled or Completed Follow-ups

Use this dashboard to monitor your daily workload and overall performance.

✅ 2. Leads Management

Through this tab, you can:

  • Add, edit, or delete leads

  • Convert leads into actual customers

  • Track each lead by their life stage (New – Qualified – Opportunity – Customer)

Filtering Leads:

You can filter leads by:

  • Source (e.g., Google, Facebook)

  • Life Stage

  • Assigned User

✅ 3. Detailed Follow-ups

This tab displays:

  • All scheduled and completed follow-ups

  • Their status (Open – Scheduled – Canceled – Completed)

  • Type (Call, Meeting, Maintenance, etc.)

  • Assigned User

You can also filter follow-ups by type, contact, status, or date range.

✅ 4. Marketing Campaigns

Campaign Types:

  • Email Campaigns: For sending promotional offers and newsletters

  • SMS Campaigns: For instant notifications and short announcements

Steps to Manage a Campaign:

  1. Select the campaign type

  2. Define your target audience

  3. Set the creation or sending date

  4. Track performance (Open rate, Conversions, ROI)


✅ 5. Customer & Supplier Logins

From here, you can:

  • Assign system login access to customers and suppliers

  • View their full account history, including:

    • Past invoices

    • Payments

    • Purchase records

    • Order logs

All users use the same login page to access the system.

✅ 6. Reports

The module includes custom reports to help evaluate performance:

Follow-up Reports:

  • By User

  • By Contact

Conversion Reports:

  • Track which leads have been converted into customers


✅ 7. Proposal Templates

This tab allows you to:

  • Create ready-to-send proposal templates for leads

  • Define subject, content, and attach files

  • Send the proposal and monitor its status from within the system


✅ 8. Proposals

Displays a list of all sent proposals:

  • Contact Name

  • Subject

  • Sender

  • Date Sent

You can edit or review any proposal from the side options.


✅ 9. Category Management

Sources:

  • Add new lead sources (e.g., Facebook Campaign, Exhibition, Referral)

  • Edit or delete existing sources

Life Stages:

  • Define life stages (New, Opportunity, Qualified, etc.)

  • Add descriptions

  • Edit or remove stages

Follow-up Categories:

  • Create follow-up categories with descriptions (e.g., Call, Meeting, Maintenance)

  • Edit or delete existing categories


✅ 10. Settings

Basic but essential configuration options, including:

  • Enable Order Request Feature

  • Order Request Prefix: Customize the format of order requests

  • Save and apply changes by clicking Update Settings


✨ Best Practices for Using the System Effectively:

  • Segment leads by life stage and source to understand buying behavior

  • Prioritize and categorize follow-ups for better task management

  • Analyze follow-up reports weekly to improve conversion rates

  • Use proposal templates to save time and ensure consistency

All data in the Marketing Campaigns module is updated in real-time and can be exported in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats for advanced external analysis.
