The Warehouse Report in AurPOS provides a detailed view of each product's status within individual warehouses, including actual available quantities, expiration dates, sold units, and transferred units. This report helps you accurately track inventory in each warehouse and ensure proper storage according to shelf life and consumption rates.

✅ What is the Warehouse Report?

It is a specialized report that displays inventory data stored in warehouses. Through this report, you can monitor the status of each item in each warehouse and track quantity changes, enabling efficient distribution and storage operations.

➤ How to Access:

Main Menu → Reports → Warehouse Report

➤ Report Contents:

The report includes the following columns for each item in every warehouse:

• SKU (Item Code)

• product Name

• Warehouse Name

• Expiration Date (if available)

• Current Stock in the Warehouse

• Total Units Sold

• Total Units Transferred

At the bottom of the table, you’ll find total quantities to assess the overall stock balance across warehouses.

• Business Location

• Category

• Subcategory

• Brand

• Unit

• Show Manufactured products Only (optional)

✅ Importance of Using the Warehouse Report:

• Accurate tracking of inventory by physical warehouse location.

• Monitoring available stock in each warehouse to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

• Following up on items by expiration date to minimize waste.

• Analyzing stock transfers between warehouses to ensure balanced distribution.
