The Stock Report in AurPOS helps you monitor the status of products across different locations. It provides a detailed view of available quantities, sold units, and an analysis of Stock value based on purchase and selling prices—giving you a clear understanding of potential profits and remaining stock.

✅ What is the Stock Report?

It is a comprehensive report that displays all item details within the system, focusing on available quantities, sales and transfer movements, and Stock valuation based on both purchase and selling prices.

➤ How to Access:

Main Menu → Reports → Stock Report

➤ Report Contents:

The report includes organized information for each item, such as:

• SKU (Item Code)

• Product Name

• Product Variants (for variable Product)

• Category / Subcategory / Brand

• Branch

• Selling Price per Unit

• Current Stock

• Current Stock Value (Purchase Price)

• Current Stock Value (Selling Price)

• Potential Profit

• Profit Margin %

• Total Units Sold

• Transferred Units (In & Out)

• Current Manufactured Stock

✳ Available Filters:

• Business Location

• Category

• Subcategory

• Brand

• Unit

• Show Manufactured Items Only (optional)

✅ Importance of Using the Inventory Report:

• Check remaining stock quantities to avoid shortages or waste.

• Analyze profitability per product based on expected profit margins.

From the Action column next to any item, you can view the Product stock Log, which includes:

• Total Purchases

• Opening Stock

• Total Sales

• Internal & External Transfers

• Sales & Purchase Returns

• Total Wastage

• Current Stock

Regularly review the Stock Report, especially for high-turnover products, and monitor profit margins to ensure optimal pricing for each item.
