What is the Sales Representative Report?

This report provides a comprehensive overview of the sales transactions and related expenses made by a specific sales rep during a defined period. It helps in accurately assessing performance and connecting results to different business locations.

Report Content:

The Sales Representative Report is divided into three main sections:

  1. Sales Added:
    Details of invoices created by the sales rep, including:

    • Invoice Number

    • Customer Name

    • Location

    • Payment Status (Paid, Partial, Due)

    • Total Amount

    • Amount Paid

    • Remaining Balance

  2. Sales with Commission:

    If a commission system is applied, the report displays sales eligible for commission with relevant details.
  3. Recorded Expenses:
    Expenses incurred by the sales rep during their work, which may be deducted from commissions or considered in financial performance evaluations.

Available Filters:

  • User (Sales Representative)

  • Business Location

  • Date Range

These filters allow you to customize the report for a specific rep, branch, or period, enabling in-depth performance analysis.
