⬜ Customer and Supplier Reports in AurPOS

AurPOS provides a set of accurate reports that help you track all financial transactions with customers and suppliers. These reports give you a clear view of transaction volumes and outstanding balances with precision.


✅ First: Customer & Supplier Report

This report displays all transactions conducted with each contact (customer or supplier), along with balance details and amounts due.

How to access:

Home → Reports → Customer & Supplier Report

What does the report display?

For each contact, the report includes the following information:

  • Total purchases

  • Total purchase returns

  • Total sales

  • Total sales returns

  • Opening balance

  • Net balance (whether payable or receivable)

➕ A positive balance means the contact owes you money (you are to receive payment).
❌ A negative balance means you owe money to the contact (you have a payable due).

Available filtering options:

  • Filter by a specific branch

  • Select a custom date range

  • Filter by type (customer or supplier)

  • Filter by customer group name


✅ Second: Customer Groups Report

This report helps you analyze the performance of different customer groups based on the total sales made by each group. It provides valuable insights into which groups are most active and profitable.

How to access:

Home → Reports → Customer Groups Report

What does the report display?

  • The name of each customer group

  • The total sales associated with each group within the selected period
