AurPOS allows you to perform stock transfers between different locations (stocks or branches) with ease and accuracy, helping you track product movement and maintain balanced inventory levels across all sites.
✅ What is a Stock Transfer?
A stock transfer is the process of moving a specified quantity of one or more products from one location (Stock 1) to another (Stock 2).
When a stock transfer is executed:
The quantity is deducted from the "Stock 1" location.
The quantity is added to the "Stock 2" location.
The transfer will only be reflected in inventory reports when the status = Completed.
✍️ Note:
Transfers with a status of "Pending" or "In Transit" do not affect available stock levels and can still be edited or deleted.
Once the status is changed to "Completed", the transfer can no longer be modified or deleted.
