Importing & Exporting Products

1. Importing Products

Bulk importing products allows for faster setup and updates.

Steps:

1️⃣ Go to Products → Import Products
2️⃣ Download the template file provided
3️⃣ Fill in product information according to the column headers

•  Do not remove or rename any column headings
  4️⃣ Save the file and upload it using the import function

2. Exporting Products

You can export product data in Excel or PDF formats for record-keeping or data transfer.

Steps:

1️⃣ Go to Products → List Products
2️⃣ Click the Download Excel or Export CSV button

3. Removing Columns from Exported Files

By default, some files may include unnecessary columns like the Actions column.
To prevent this:

1️⃣ Use the Column Visibility option in the products list
2️⃣ Uncheck the Actions column before exporting

Tip: Always double-check the imported file format and required fields to ensure smooth uploads!
