The Spreadsheet Module is one of the powerful add-ons in the AurPOS system. It enables you to create and manage professional spreadsheets directly within the system—eliminating the need for external tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
This module offers a user-friendly interface with advanced features for seamless data editing, organization, sharing, and full integration with daily business operations.

Built-in Spreadsheet Editor
Create advanced spreadsheets using a feature-rich editor that closely resembles popular spreadsheet tools.

Import & Export
Easily import Excel files into the system or export spreadsheets from AurPOS when needed.

Share spreadsheets with other users in the system or with specific user roles.

Flexible Folder Organization
Organize your spreadsheets into folders using an expandable/collapsible tree structure, with fast search functionality.


✅ Creating Folders

To organize spreadsheets more efficiently:

  • Navigate to the Spreadsheet Module from the sidebar.
  • Click the “Add Folder” button.
  • Enter the desired folder name and save it.

Folders will appear in a tree structure, making it easy to navigate and categorize files by task or department.


✅ Creating a New Spreadsheet

Once you’ve created a folder, adding new spreadsheets is easy:

  • Click the icon next to the folder name.
  • Select “Add Spreadsheet”.
  • The spreadsheet editor will open instantly, allowing you to start entering data.

You can create multiple spreadsheets within each folder, download them, or upload Excel files as needed.


✅ Managing & Renaming Folders

To rename or edit a folder:

  • Click the edit icon ✍️next to the folder name.
  • Make the necessary changes and save.
