The Manufacturing module in AurPOS provides an efficient tool for managing internal production operations, starting from recipe setup, through actual production recording, to cost tracking and performance analysis with precision.
✅ What is the Manufacturing Module?
The Manufacturing module allows you to convert raw materials into finished products through predefined recipes.
Once a production process is executed:

The required quantities are deducted from raw materials stock.

The final product is added to inventory.

The production cost is recorded automatically.
✅ Recipe Screen
This screen is used to define the components and quantities required to produce a final product.
➤ From the main menu → Manufacturing
➤ Click on "Add Recipe"
Then follow these steps:

Select the final product to be manufactured.

Add the required components from available products in the system.
Once components are added, additional details will appear:

Enter the quantity, price, and waste percentage for each component.

Select the appropriate unit of measurement.

View the total cost of components.
-
Add fixed production cost that will be included in the final cost.

The total production cost is calculated automatically based on all inputs.

Add written instructions to guide your production or kitchen team.
➕ Once saved, the recipe can be used directly in actual production processes, ensuring accurate cost and quantity control.

When carrying out actual production:

Final cost (automatically calculated from the recipe)

Disable manual editing of component quantities during production (to enforce recipe accuracy).

Automatically update the purchase price of the finished product based on its production cost after completion.
