The Human Resources (HRM) module in AurPOS provides a comprehensive set of tools to manage all employee-related processes efficiently — from attendance and leave to payroll and sales targets — all through an easy-to-use interface.


⭐ Key Features:

1. Leave Management

  • Add multiple types of leaves (Sick – Annual – Emergency).

  • Set a leave limit for each type.

  • Allow employees to submit leave requests for manager approval.

  • Customize leave instructions before submission.

2. Attendance & Check-in

  • Manual or automatic clock-in/out based on user permissions.

  • Support for both fixed and flexible shifts.

  • Import attendance data from Excel files or biometric devices.


3. Shift Management

  • Create fixed or flexible shifts with customizable timings.

  • Assign shifts to specific employees.

  • Support for "Auto Checkout" to automatically end a shift.


4. Payroll & Salary Management

  • Auto-calculate salaries based on work hours, deductions, and bonuses.

  • Notify employees when salary is issued.

  • Allow full or partial salary payments.

  • Include bonuses as part of the salary breakdown.


5. Official Holidays
